InterScape 2026

This May, InterGen will take a small group of leaders for two days of honest conversation, shared experience, and time away from the day-to-day. The experience is exclusively for Peer Forum Group members, creating a trusted environment where participants can speak openly with peers who understand the realities of leading and growing a company.

For those arriving early, optional activities like golf, mountain biking, or the Nordic spa offer a relaxed way to connect with other attendees before the retreat officially begins. That evening, everyone gathers for a welcome reception to kick things off in a casual setting.

Friday includes time together as a group, with a guest speaker and a dedicated Peer Forum session focused on practical, real-world discussion. These conversations are designed to give leaders space to compare notes, work through challenges, and learn from one another’s experience.

Set in the mountains of Canmore, the retreat is an opportunity to step back, gain perspective, and return to work with fresh insight and a few new trusted connections.
